Been enjoying ramen at ICHIRAN for several years mainly in Japan; this time having the delicious bowl of ramen in Manhattan was just as enjoyable! The rich pork bone broth (tonkotsu) paired with the perfectly cooked thin wheat noodles was one of the many highlights during my culinary experiences in NYC. IMO it is doing very well as a chained ramen restaurant. Now please open a location in the Bay Area!

I've been to this location several times, and every visit leaves me impressed. The food is prepared quickly, and their ramen is hands down the best in the city. I can't recommend it enough. Whether you prefer less or more oil, or less or more spiciness, they'll customize it for you. The service is top-notch, and your order arrives promptly. The ambiance is laid-back and inviting, perfect for a gathering with loved ones or a solo meal. Plus, paying in advance streamlines the experience. Trust me, it's a truly exceptional dining experience that you don't want to miss!
